The course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as an non-electrical worker. The course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to provide CPR after performing a rescue from a live low voltage (LV) electrical apparatus.

The course is held in our fully operational training facility. This allows for theory presentation and practical demonstration.
There are no formal pre-requisites for this course.
Granting of competency UETDMP007 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel shall only be made after competency in HLTAID009 Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and UETDREL006 Work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker has been confirmed.
On successful completion of this course, a Statement of Attainment will be issued to each student.
