The High Voltage Refresher course is designed to refresh the participants knowledge of operational practices and reinforce the skills required to perform electrical switching operations on a high voltage system according to approved procedures. Our course is Nationally Recognised.
Applicants must be employed within the Electrical Supply Industry and possess at least a Certificate III in a relevant qualification. It is strongly recommended that prospective students have completed the High Voltage Operating Course (or an equivalent program) within the past 5 years.
The High Voltage Refresher course is completed over a period of 1 (one) day and will run for approx. 8 hours.

The course is held in our fully operational training facility. This allows for theory presentation and a practical environment fit for simulated substation operations.
There are no formal pre-requisites for this course, however, a working knowledge of electrical power systems and completing our High Voltage Operating course would be an advantage.
On successful completion of this course, a Statement of Attainment will be issued to each student.
